From when to when is my voucher valid?
Your voucher is valid from the date of receipt for new bookings on holidayheroes.com . Your voucher is valid until the specified date. Unless otherwise stated, the specified date refers to the time of booking the holiday and redeeming the voucher, not the start of the holiday.
How can I enter my travel voucher when booking my holiday?
Please enter your holidayheroes.com voucher code directly during the online booking process in the corresponding voucher code field during the payment process. You will see the reduction in the total price directly as an instant discount.
Can I enter my travel voucher after booking my holiday?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible.
On which trips can I redeem my voucher?
In principle, the voucher is valid for all bookings unless otherwise stated on the source of the voucher.
Do I have to pay attention to a minimum price for my booking?
The minimum price of your booked trip must correspond to the specifications on your travel voucher.
If no minimum price is stated on your travel voucher, you can book any trip.
Can I combine several vouchers and redeem them together?
You can only redeem one voucher per booking. This means that you cannot collect several vouchers in order to redeem one voucher for each traveller. It is also not possible to combine vouchers with other voucher promotions.
Can I extend an expired voucher?
It is not possible to extend the validity of the voucher.
My trip has been cancelled. Can I use my voucher again?
If your trip does not materialise (e.g. due to an unconfirmed booking request), we will reactivate your voucher code. If it is a personalised voucher code, please send a corresponding request by email to team@holidayheroes.de If it is a generic voucher code, it will be automatically reactivated.
My trip has been rebooked. Will my voucher be automatically transferred to the new trip?
If your booking number has not changed, your voucher will remain valid for your rebooked trip.
My trip has been cancelled. Am I still entitled to the voucher?
If you cancel your trip, you are not entitled to the voucher again.
